Excavate, supply, deliver & install 3 x (600 x 600) concrete drainage pits with grate
Excavate 300mm trench to a depth of 400mm – Estimated area 160m2
Supply deliver & lay Geotech Fabric A14 to trench
Supply, deliver & lay 20/60 cobblestone rubble to trench – Estimated area 160m2 (105 tonnes)
Level, roll & compact
Sweep area clean of loose material
Disposal of spoil onsite – Estimated 105 tonnes
Clean & tidy area

Excavate and replace sub-base to ambulance road - Estimated area 1,360m2
Inclusions:

Complete occupational safety requirements – including documentation
Excavate to an average depth of 150mm - 200mm balance of cycle track – Estimated area 1,240m2

Excavate & prepare existing sub base and replace with 150mm base (supplied by Others) to Balance of track
Spread and lay 150mm road base (supplied by Others) to Cycle track (plus extra to raised corner berms)
Asphalt overlay Light Duty AC10 x 30mm to Cycle Track only and Entry Road

Proof Roll existing prepared sub base area, replace with base and soft areas
Excavate to an average depth of 150mm to sub base on Balance of sub base Cycle Track areas
Proof roll after excavation
Spread, lay and compact existing base on site to sub base area.
Spread, lay and compact additional sub base (supplied by Others) to Balance of sub base Cycle Track areas

Spread and lay 150mm of road base (supplied by Others) to Cycle Track (including raised corner berms) areas
