SCOPE OF WORKS:

Proof roll existing base and shape to sheet water to side drain, road, and PVC drain

In-Situ Stabilise failed area with 2% cement to 200mm deep - estimated area 80m2
Asphalt overlay Heavy Duty AC14 x 42mm - Estimated area 715m2 (74 tonnes)

Inclusions:

• Complete occupational safety requirements – including documentation
• Base is as per existing
• Profile/sweep failed pavement areas ready for correction of asphalt
• In-Situ stabilise to 200mm deep failed areas with 2% cement – Estimated 80m2 area
• Supply and install 100mm PVC drain to edge of concrete in front of shed (NB Hunter Water to run and connect pipe from 100mm PVC drain into existing cable drain)
• Proof roll existing base and shape to sheet water to side drain, road, and PVC drain
• Supply, deliver & lay road base as required for shaping
• Key in edges to ensure smooth transitions
• Sweep area clean of loose material
• Disposal of excess spoil to stockpiled onsite
• Supply & spray tack coat of emulsion
• Supply, deliver & lay correction layer asphaltic concrete (AC10) to failed sections – Estimated 80m2
• Supply, deliver & lay average 50mm of asphaltic concrete (compacted 42mm Heavy Duty HD14) using Asphalt Paving Machine – Estimated area 715m2Roll & compact with Steel Drum Roller & Multi Tyre Roller
